Caliente (Barrier Reef Drive – Spindrift Hotel, San Pedro) – since Mexico is not far from Belize, it’s not surprise there’d be an eatery such as this one. Items on the menu include margarita shrimp, caracol al mojo de ajo (grilled conch with garlic sauce), and Hawaiian with chicken and pineapple tacos. This, along with steaks, conch and lobster. Many patrons start off with half-price margaritas.
